Hey! My name’s Pierre-Yann Dolbec. I’m a 25 y.o. Canadian who freshly moved from Paris to Montreal. In my short professional career, I worked as a marketing consultant, sold space advertising in India and had some other short-to-mid stint in advertising and marketing.

I don’t watch TV but I watch TV ads. I’m an advertising and a marketing addict. I listen to a lot of music. I’m part geek.

My personal motto is ‘do not take life too seriously, you’ll never get out of it alive’. It does not mean I’m not a committed/hard working/whatever person… I just think that people are generally taking themselves way too seriously. This quote is attributed to both De Fontenelle (in the 1600s) and Elbert Hubbard (in the 1800s), something I came to learn recently and I found to be truly funny.
